What the weekly figure buys

Face-me-I-face-you in Mushin is the hard start at 2400 naira a week, with 16000 naira in hand, six spaces, and three guests. The self-contain in Yaba is 6000 a week and 36000 to start. The Lekki mini-flat is 17000 a week and 104000 to start. Those three are ordinary move-ins with cash on the table.

The Ikoyi duplex is 250000 a week and the Banana Island mansion is 1500000 a week. Both are move-in only, with no starting cash packed into the home. Read that as a later address, not a new-game spawn. The Hall of Residence is the cheap exception at 1200 a week and 14000 to start, and it is only for UNILAG students. That 1200 matches the hostel rent on the campus rules.

Port Harcourt adds a single room at 2600, a D-Line mini flat at 14000, a Woji serviced apartment at 32000, and an Old GRA colonial duplex at 220000. All four are unavailable while Port Harcourt is closed, so they are prices to remember rather than keys you can collect today.

Matching a home to a start

A LAPO Baby is aimed at Mushin or Yaba and a climb toward Lekki. A Nepo Baby begins with a furnished Lekki flat that Daddy pays for, so the 17000 mini-flat is not the same bill. Sort lowest rent when you are counting the first week. Sort by name when you are hunting the hall or the mansion.

Guest counts matter for a party and for a cramped face-me compound. The mansion lists 18 guests. The Mushin room lists 3. Difficulty labels stay short on the card. The cards call those starts Hard start, Balanced, Big spender, Luxury, and Student life. Move-in only is a separate flag, not a discount.

Face-me-I-face-you in Mushin opens with 16000 naira, a size of 6, and space for 3 guests. The starter kit is a mattress, a radio, a calendar, a kero stove, a cooler, a water drum, a chair, a bucket, and a toilet. Hard start is the difficulty on that card, and 2400 a week is the bill the kit has to survive.

Yaba self-contain raises the door money to 36000 naira, size 7, and 5 guests. Its kit swaps in a vono bed and a plant and still keeps the water drum and the bucket. Lekki mini-flat asks for 104000 naira at the door, size 10, and 8 guests, and it replaces the kero stove with a gas cooker, a fridge, a sofa, a fan, a television, and a private shower. The difficulty line moves from balanced to big spender with that furniture.

The Ikoyi duplex and the Banana Island mansion both open at 0 starting money and both are move-in only. Ikoyi holds size 12 and 12 guests at 250000 a week. The mansion holds size 14 and 18 guests at 1500000 a week. Neither home includes a starter kit, so luxury here is the address, not a mattress left on the floor. Sort cheapest first when you want Mushin at the top, and sort dearest first when you want the mansion there.

The hall at Akoka is the cheap Lagos exception: 1200 a week, 14000 at the start, size 6, 3 guests, and a student kit that adds a bookshelf beside the radio. Port Harcourt beds stay unavailable while that city is closed, with 0 starting cash. Rumuokoro is 2600, D-Line is 14000, Woji is 32000, and Old GRA is 220000. The closed city keeps those four off a life you can move into today, even though the rent column still shows them.

Player questions

Which homes can a new player actually start in?
The Lagos homes that are not move-in only are the practical starts: Face-me-I-face-you, the Yaba self-contain, the Lekki mini-flat, and the UNILAG hall if you are a student. The Ikoyi duplex and the Banana Island mansion stay move-in only. Every Port Harcourt home is unavailable while that city is closed, so those four rents are not a spawn you can choose.
Does the hall rent match the campus hostel?
Yes. The Hall of Residence is 1200 naira a week, and the UNILAG hostel home charges that same 1200. Acceptance fee, school fees, and the weekly allowance are separate bills on the university page. Do not subtract the hall rent from the acceptance fee. They leave your cash for different reasons.
