Who you meet if you follow the haunts

Emeka opens the day at 6:00 around i-Fitness. Alhaji Musa keeps Balogun from 8:00 to 18:00. Chioma moves between the beach, the mall, the canopy, Freedom Park, and Balogun from 10:00 to 21:00. Aisha splits Freedom Park and CcHub. Tunde runs from noon to 23:00 across the stall, the viewing centre, and the Shrine.

Tobi stretches from 9:00 to midnight across CcHub, The Library, Quilox, and the Shrine. Femi is out from 15:00 to 23:00 at the Shrine and Freedom Park. Bisola starts at 16:00 and stays until midnight across the club, the library, the rooftop, the gym, the mall, and the stall. None of the nine are live accounts. They are scripted neighbours with fixed hours.

Time a visit against both clocks, the resident and the venue. A haunt inside a closed hour is a wasted trip. Mama Nkechi cannot sell past the stall, and Emeka cannot coach you at 5:00 even if you are awake.

Haunts overlap on purpose. Freedom Park collects Chioma, Aisha, and Femi at different hours. The stall collects Mama Nkechi, Tunde, and Bisola. You can work through one building and meet more than one neighbour if you stay for the handoff.

Do not message these nine as if they run support. Account problems, bans, and purchases belong to Eliy. The residents are city texture with schedules.

Chioma designs from 10:00 to 21:00 and moves through Elegushi, The Palms, the Lekki canopy, Freedom Park, and Balogun. Aisha performs from 10:00 to 20:00 and only at Freedom Park and the Yaba hub. A late club plan misses both of them. Femi does not arrive at the park until 15:00, so the afternoon handoff is the saxophonist, not the poet.

Emeka opens at 6:00 and stays until 21:00 between the Ikoyi gym, the viewing centre, and Elegushi. Alhaji Musa keeps merchant hours, 8:00 to 18:00, and Balogun is his only haunt. A morning loop can catch the coach and the textile stall. An evening loop catches neither of them, even when the venue stays open into the night.

Tunde drives and jokes from 12:00 to 23:00 at the stall, the viewing centre, and the Shrine. Femi plays from 15:00 to 23:00 and splits that window between the Shrine and Freedom Park. Tobi works from 9:00 through midnight at the hub, The Library, Quilox, and the Shrine, so one neighbour can cover a tech afternoon and a club night.

Bisola is out from 16:00 to midnight across Quilox, The Library, Ivory Rooftop, the Ikoyi gym, The Palms, and Amala Shitta. Her banking title does not put her in Marina Towers during the day. Mama Nkechi from 7:00 to 22:00 is the only clock that ends when the stall ends, which is why the eat wish and her shift close together.

Use the clocks as a route. Tobi can be at CcHub any time before midnight. Alhaji Musa cannot, because he never leaves Balogun and he locks up at 18:00. The bio under each name is how that neighbour introduces themselves. The hours are how you avoid an empty stool.

No. Each resident is a scripted neighbour with a job, a bio, a clock, and a list of haunts. Mama Nkechi stays at Amala Shitta. Alhaji Musa stays in Balogun. Meeting Tobi at CcHub is a scripted haunt, and a quiet room still follows that neighbour's clock.

Who is awake after Quilox opens at 22:00?

Quilox itself runs 22:00 to 5:00. Bisola stays out until midnight and lists the club among her haunts. Tobi also reaches midnight, and Femi stops at 23:00. Mama Nkechi closes with the stall at 22:00, so the amala window ends as the club opens. Use the hours column when you are choosing who can still be on the street.
